Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping
We partner with reliable shipping providers to ensure timely delivery. In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate updates as needed. Goods and Stuff is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has left our facility.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at contact@thegoodsandstuff.com to cancel an order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@thegoodsandstuff.com.

  • Refund Eligibility: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@thegoodsandstuff.com.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
