This non-contact infrared forehead/temporal thermometer is designed to provide quick and accurate temperature readings. Easily measure body temperature by pointing the thermometer at someone's forehead from an inch to two inches away and pressing the trigger button. The temperature reading will display in a second. This infrared thermometer features an audible alarm that will sound if the temperature detected indicates a fever above 100.4°F (38°C).
